August 15, 2025. Spent the night in Atkins, AR…at a Pecan farm. Yup…6000 trees. Best pecans I’ve ever tasted. Billy and his wife run the place. In addition to farming nuts, they make fudge. And quilts. They built the house in the picture. It was modeled after at the home of a French General from New Orleans who fought in the American Revolution.
